Return and Exchange Policy
For any item containing a major center diamond purchased from Pugh’s Diamond Jewelers and returned to our store within 30 days of purchase, Pugh’s Diamond Jewelers will make a full refund of the purchase price of such item, less a refinishing fee based on the original work done on the item. For such items returned after 30 days but within 120 days of the date of purchase, Pugh’s Diamond Jewelers will exchange the item for other merchandise based on the exchanged item’s price, less a refinishing fee. For items presented for exchange after 120 days but within one year of the date of purchase, Pugh’s Diamond Jewelers will apply the exchanged item’s purchase price, less a refinishing fee in trade for new merchandise that is 150% of the purchase price of the original purchase exchanged items. For items presented for exchange after one year of the date of purchase, Pugh’s Diamond Jewelers will apply the exchanged item’s purchase price, less a refinishing fee, in trade for new merchandise that is 200% of the purchase price of the exchanged items.*
